Founder, Simon Hersee (ex-Top 10 Bartender in Australia) brings you nearly two decades of hospitality experience.
From the halcyon days of Newcastle’s pub scene, to the elite cocktail lounges and nightclubs of Sydney’s CBD and Kings Cross, to the decadent surrounds of Palazzo Versace on the Gold Coast, to Jimmy’s Bar & Lounge right here in Port Macquarie, Simon has a comprehensive understanding of what his clients require to make their event unforgettable.
